No. The process audit offers a quick version of 12 questions covering the things that matter most, and a full version. Both produce comparable scores. The quick one is scored against its own scale, so a short audit does not make a company look better than it is.
Yes. Re-open any audit and it starts from what you already answered. Scores update, and so does the flag breakdown.
Because the evidence got better. Reading an advert is inference; watching a company run a process is observation; reading their contract is fact. Later stages carry more weight than earlier ones, so a promising advert cannot soften what the offer turned out to be.
It means the company did something you personally listed as a dealbreaker before you started looking. It is your rule being read back to you, not an instruction. You are free to decide the rule no longer applies. The app just makes sure you decide it deliberately.
Because most bad jobs are not accepted in ignorance. Telling the app that sunk cost gets you, or that you never negotiate, is what lets it say so at the moment you are doing it.

Yes. Mark a company as your current job and the three hiring audits grey out, because they are about a job you are considering. In their place you get Should I Stay?, which asks about the money, the manager, the hours, where it is going, how you are treated, and what the job has cost you. The other audits stay visible but locked, so you can see they exist.
Because it is usually the answer, and it is the last thing people count. Sleep, Sunday evenings, physical symptoms, seeing friends less, being shorter with people you love. Each one arrives on its own with a reason attached, and only looks like a pattern in a list. That question is the only one in the app that is not about an employer, and it is also the one thing that is never counted, shared or sent anywhere.
Really. It is excluded in the questionnaire files themselves, not just by policy. See the privacy policy.
Settings → Anonymous statistics. It is off until you switch it on, and turning it off stops all future counting immediately.
No, and the reason is the point. Contributions are added to a running total and never stored separately, so there is nothing left that could be identified as yours. That is the same property that makes the data safe to collect at all.
A percentage only appears once enough people have answered that question for it to mean anything. Below that threshold the app shows nothing rather than something misleading.
No. One payment, permanent. A job hunt is episodic and a monthly bill for it would be an insult.

Screenshots containing a company’s name alongside a score, or personal details of recruiters and interviewers. We do not want to hold that, and you should not need to send it for us to help.
